General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI.

I am glad we connected. A burning pain in the middle of the stomach may be related to the Gynecological organs.

One common cause of pain is a pelvic infection. Other causes include --
STDs
STIs
ovarian cysts
bladder infection
or UTIs

Most of these would present with a deviated blood picture. Getting the CBC would be useful to confirm the cause.

I hope this helps. Do let me know what your doctor says. All the best.
