Hello,

Your penis skin burns on touching it. You are advised not to touch your penis. It seems to be infected. Get clinically examined by your Surgeon or Urologist. You may need to take a course of antibiotic like Augmentin orally. You can apply ointment Soframycin on the affected area. It is a delicate area, be gentle with yourself. Wear loose fitting soft cotton pants so that the cloth does not rub against the penis to further hurt it.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
