What Causes Burning Sensation And Pressure On The Left Side Of The Abdomen?

I am experiencing some pressure and burning in the lower left abdomen area. The pressure and burning pain gets greater and greater. Just prior to the pain/burning/pressure becoming intolerable there are loud gurgling noises and the pain subsides. This has been going on for a couple weeks occxasionally until yesterday. Since yesterday it has been consistent even while I try to sleep. When eating the pain comes quick and the comes the diareaah.

Hello. I just went through your problem.
I think you are suffering from intestinal infection which indeed in creating gas in your intestines. The food is not able to get digested properly hence you are suffering from this phase.
First of all we need to concentrate on the food you eat. I would suggest you to eat small/less food 4-5 times a day. Don't take it as a whole meal. You need to take food as you take snacks.
Don't eat to fill your stomach. Leave some space in your stomach. I mean eat less than your hunger.
Include 1-2 times curd in your diet. Curd is a natural probiotic and it helps in growing the friendly bacteria in your gut which helps in proper digestion.
Take tab Sporolac 1 od for 5 days.
Tab Norflox 1bd
Tab unienzyme 1bd
Start doing walk for 30-45 mins a day.
