What Causes Burning Sensation And Peeling Skin On Soles Of Feet?
The soles of my feet Started peeling suddenly. Now they are slightly burning. I m 34 female otherwise fairly healthy. With some recent emotional stress. I don t think it s fungal because no itching or cracking. It s uniform. I ve lived in Guatemala for 4 months now.
It is important to consult a Dermatologist in thus regard to find out the cause for the same and treat this peeling accordingly.
You can use Dermatologist prescribed moisturising creams or oil like Johnson baby oil which help to replenish the skin. Avoid rough footwear or barefoot walking. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink 1 to 2 lets of water daily.
