General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on your history and investigation reports, it is suggesting that alcoholic liver damage has already begun. Hence, you need to stop consuming alcohol completely. What medications has been given will help to take care of your stomach problems causing burning sensation and pain in the upper abdomen.

Also, the liver changes would be taken care to a certain extent. If you want to keep yourself healthy proper diet and exercise is necessary. To prevent the progression of ill effects of alcohol on your health, you need to abstain from it completely.

Kindly the the medications as prescribed by your doctor and do the necessary follow-up as advised.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
