Hi, I am 30 years of age and never had sex. I am suffering from lot of Burning and some pain on my genital area more on the down side (near anus area) and moves towards penis shaft and overall genital. I am suffering this from last 1 year but now burning has increased a lot more. Feel more on right side of genital area than left side. Also feel some swelling on left side but not noticeable with naked eye or touch only I could feel it. I also have developed prominent veins on my penis. On erect position I feel strain/pain on shaft feel more on shaft area where prominent veins are. I have had 2 times blood in my urine and 1 time blood in my semen 9 months back but never after that. Past History (of last 3 years):- 1. Had taken hair loss medicine similar to propecia and rogain 3 years back which caused sever sexual and heart related side effects so stopped it after 6 months. But side effects continued. 2. Was under sever emotional depression which included lot of crying almost daily for at least 2 years. 3. Developed tonsils infection/swelling or allergy and sore throat and still get tonsil stones sometimes and mild sore throat. 45. I still have sexual problem mainly very early ejaculation. I also, get burning and pain during urination and ejaculation. 5. I get semen leakage time to time after urination is completed and some time with urine. 6. Mother has past history of piles. 7. I also remember, around 1.5 years back, I had a small cut in my hand (no infection though but it was fresh and it healed in 2 days) but I still masturbated. Not sure if that can cause any issue. 8. I used to masturbate regularly (even when I was suffering from these problems). Medicines taken and current condition:- 1. Lot of medicines taken 2 years back from ENT doctor for tonsils infection/swelling/allergy and sore throat. Don t remember the names as initially doctor did not conclude it is infection gave some medicine later when condition worsen they gave some infection related medicine also I suppose. 2. 8 Months back, after suffering from genital area issues of blood in urine and semen, consulted with urologist. He conducted some basic and infection related blood, urine and semen test and results were normal. Taken some medicine (no Antibiotics or heavy medicines as doctor said everything is normal and as never had sex so excluded STDs anyway). Taken as per prescribed duration 3. 2 Months back when burning increased a lot, consulted urologist again. He said mainly it should be prostatitis. Prescribed antibiotic (Ofloxacin) for 15 days. 4. Pain and buring did not go away but increased, so consulted doctor 1 month back again. He conducted CT Scan (KUB), Uroflow, PCR test for Mycrobacteria in urine. All the results were normal with slight bladder irritability. Asked to take Ofloxacin, Inflago, Gabapin, Rapilif for 15 days. If still no relief after 15 days than asked to continue only Rapilif and Gabapin for another 15 days and then after 30 days undergo Cystoscopy if no relief. I have completed the 15 days of course of above medicines but still no relief. just recently I also saw some white discharge (pus like) from my penis head. The Rapilif had some sexual side effect so I don t want to continue as I was already suffering from sexual side effects and under depression also due to same. Gabapin seems to fine to continue. But, these medicines are not helping it seems. Also I am not sure how wise and safe it is to undergo Cystoscopy and will that help. I am also considering to get check for Piles from a general surgeon as my mother had piles history but not sure if my symptoms has anything to do with piles or not. Can I place Ice cubes on my genital area as I feel like will that help or worsen the issue? Could anyone please help to guide me in the right direction so to help me to diagnose and treat it correctly. Anyone know what I am suffering from? Please advise.
