Hi,
Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here
your medical history suggests an minor anterior
urethral injury most probably due to chemical present in hair removing cream
If your injury is very minor , it may heal on its own within 2-5 days , for this you need to keep the area clean and dry every time after urination , also soak it in mild warm water may help , along with this wearing loose and cotton brief is recommended , you may also apply small amount of antibiotic ointment on wound after cleaning and drying it
But if doesn't get better within these days than see a
Urologist , if needed he may go for a catheter through the urethra into the bladder. This keeps urine from touching the urethra so it can heal properly . The catheter is often left in place for 14 to 21 days. After that time, an x-ray is taken to see if the injury has healed. If it has healed, the catheter can be taken out in the doctor's office.
finally i would strongly suggest you to see Urologist to get it further evaluated to rule out other possible reasons for this including a STD
I hope it help
Thanks & Get well Soon
