What Causes Burning Pain In Abdomen After Skipping Food?

Hi, on Sunday I ended a 10 days and nights fast. Only drinking 2 bottles of each day. After I ate my first meal I. Believe the second lee after I started burning. I m not sexual active. It s Tuesday and I m still burning. Just got cranberry juice today. Thinking about going to Dr tomorrow. Had one urinary tract once 21 years ago. What do you think
