Hi there! It's most likely to be acid reflux into your esophagus. Avoid spicy food and lying down immediately afterwards. Consult a physician and start taking what are called as Proton Pump Inhibitors along with Prokinetics if it is a recurring problem. Do not be alarmed from a one off incident. You can use any Over the counter antacids like Gelusil on a SOS basis till you see a doctor.
hopefully this helps.
