What Causes Burning In Throat?

I'm having a problem where I'll eat and then maybe a couple hours after, my stomach is in knots. I also start to have a burning feeling in my throat. It's been going on for about a week now. It's worse at night and in the morning and it's gotten to the point where I'm eating very little. I've been trying to track what I was eating last week to see what is causing this and the only common foods are breads and oils. (Pizza with cheese, pizza with no cheese, sandwiches… etc)

Hello, Welcome Thanks for consulting HCM,
I have gone through your query, you have mentioned that you have symptoms of burning throat, dont worry it can be due to Acid reflux, you said that you have eating bread oils , pizza, chesse, dont eat these type of food , take light food , less oily food , maintain diet, take green leafy vegetables, take oats , avod taking Junk foods ,
You can take one Tablet Antaacid Pantaprazol sodium before breakfast for 5 days if this is not helpful then consult ENT surgeon for this,
Hope this will help you.
Wish you good health,
