General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Thank You for contacting HCM.

the symptom you are telling is termed as "palmar Erythema". There are numerous causes of it and it can be physiological (normal body phenomena) or pathological (due to some disease). To help advise better following questions need to be cleared first:
1. Since when is she having this problem?
2. How old is she?
3. Did she have any such symptoms in the past ? If yes then how did they settle?
4. Is she taking any medication? If yes, then enumerate them.
5. As per labs you have mentioned, your mother's cholestrol level is also high. It should be less than 200. Although it is also borderline. So how is your mother's dietary habit & life style?
6. can you also be specific about the t-wave abnormality that you mentioned? when did you perform the ECG and what did the on duty doctor told regarding that.

Hope to discuss further after getting the answers.

Thank You
