it appears to be neurological problem associated with coronary problem. take ECG and consult cardiologist coronary problem detected should be treated asper advise of cardiologist. eye burning may be due to facial nerve involvement . may be lag ophthalmos having expo user of cornea. this will result in dry eye. apply refresh eye tear drop6hourlythis should be kept under observation. eye doctor and cardiologist should examine and monitor the progress.
