I am 45 and I have severe pain then passout. It starts with burning pain in right ch3st then up to neck down my right arm. After about 10 minutes of agony i start feeling like I am going to pass out. I did pass out on christmas eve twice and the permadics took to hospital they admitted me, but my heatt is fine lungs and neck arteries are fine. I am home and the I need this awful pain to go away and stop passing out. I see a neurogolist on Tues. Any suggurestions
