What causes burning bump on the ear lobe?

Iwoke up the other morning and I had a red burning bump on my ear lobe. I thought it may be from using my cell phone too much because sometimes it gets hot. i tried to burst it and a small amount of blood came out. It feels like I have fever around the bump. Could it possiblly be a cysist from te cell phone? What can I do about it?

From the description it looks like an infection or even possibly an insect bite. Please meet your ent doctor for confirming the same and further treatment.
