What Causes Burning And Tingling Sensation On Tongue Caused After Injury?

dear sir,I had an minor injury on left side of my tongue, approximately a week....when I see in mirror both side of tongue appears to b same....feeling lil burning and tingling sesation on my left side an while stretching the tongue......will zytee and becosules will suffices,,,,request ur able guidance

As per your complain due to injury there seems to be inflamed soft tissue inside tongue leading to tingling while stretching..

Nothing to worry for Burning you can very well apply numbing gel like Zytee and also take anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen..
Becosule or b complex is not necessary to be taken..
Cold water gargles and sucking ice pops will also relieve..
