What Causes Burning And Tingling Sensation On The Lower Back?

Hi there a couple of weeks back, I went to my gp as I had concerns of a slight burning tingle sensation in my lower right back when I ate something like chocolate, the feeling seemed to regulate with my stomach, I Had no other problems such as heart burn et. I was prescribed a months course of Lansoprazole PP1 30mg per day, I took these fur 3 weeks but gave up as they were making me feel unwell. The first 2 days after stopping I ws fine however by the third day I was having a burning gnawing pain in my stomach and like a burning sensation behind my lower left ribs and stomach area... this is still happening I have now been off them 6 days, and have this burning gnawin pain in my whole lower left rib stomach, area, I had nothing like this at all before I started these PPI s can you please tell me if this is most likely some kind of Rebound effect of a sudden return of acid to my stomach... and will it likely correct itself without damage??

General & Family Physician 's  Response
As per your history is concerned it is due to acidity but it has lots of reasons so first make your stool exam to ruled out any worm infection present or not. Thanks
