What Causes Burning And Stinging Pain In The Abdominal Area?

Hi I have a burning stinging in my left abdomen right next to my nabel the last time this happen I was told i had infection called e coli i ve taken antibiotics very powerful ones, and now i have the same symptoms again. I noticed this on set again when I drink mega doses of Green apple gatorade. special not I did have gastric bi pass years ago.. I m wondering if the diagnosis is accurate?

thank you for asking
you noticed that you had a gastric bypass years ago.It's very important for you to remenber that you should be very careful with your post-op nutrition.
Things to note:
1. eat frequently, beverages in small sips
2.limit sugar-high foods such as cakes , sodas, jams, jellies. Drink water, herbal tea ,soups, light sugar free fresh fruits and vegetables juices , but be careful do not drink liquids with meals.
3. Please avoid Gatorade drinks expecially in large amounts, because they contains a lot of sugar and can cause other complications. They are not neccesary if you take a healthy diet. Limits other high sugar foods too.
4.Choose high fiber foods such as :whole wheat pasta,cereals, bread ; and foods with proteins such as meat, fish , eggs, milk cheese , yogurt.
The most important thing: Please consult a gastroenterology physician, because I suspect for a possible Dumping Syndrome.
