What Causes Bumpy Spots On The Buttocks?

Exactly about four days ago, i had a sudden itch on my butt and not before long appeared several bumpy spots all clustered around the same spot. It only burned when i touch or scratch the spot. A day later, a white pot was visible at the center of the small bumps...Now it seems to have dry up by i have black scabs over that area of my butt cheek. What could have been the cause of that? i have never had hives in my life, i thought it was a bug bite but i wasn t. Will the black scabs eventually go away? also, i have been told after a routine check up 6 months ago that i am a little anemic. Could that have something to do with it? What should do? Thanks.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be insect bite dermatitis. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to take a course of oral steroid in tapering dose with antihistaminics. Apply mild steroid cream on the lesions.

Hope this helps.
