HI,Welcome with your query to HCM.
Based on the facts of your query,Your being in the periods will not affect the test reports for your bumps on vaginal area and STD .As its all normal you should not worry for STD.
Take care of hygiene of vaginal and private parts.
Mostly perianal and perivaginal infection is causing these lumps.
Check with your family doctor for Second opinion and if need be from Surgeon/Dermatologist.
Welcome for any further query in this regard

Will appreciate writing your feedback review comments,to help the needy patients like you at HCM.

Good Day!!
