What Causes Bumps On The Face After Blood Transfusion?

Hi. Since having a blood transfusion I have lots of spots and bumps on my face which I have never had before? I also have sore dry areas. I ve always had very clear healthy skin but since the stay in hospital I ve had this problem. Is it related or what could be causing it please. Thank you. Lisa
