What Causes Bumps On Inner Buttocks?

Hello. Firstly I am terribly worried and embarrassed. I am a 23 year old female. I have recently developed these very small bumps on my inner butt cheek near my labia. They have been there for months. After a long session of rough sex with my fiancé last night, one circle of them is now swollen. I don t have any pain or itching. I m scared that I have genital herpes. Please help. Thank you!

HI
Well come to HCM
These could be nonspecific swellings, if this is not paining or have changed within this period then this is nothing to worry, because of the friction this might have developed circle for this you can try "Diphenhydramine lotion" for local application, possibility of lipoma need to be ruled out, let me tell you as long as the skin lesions are concern, clinical examination is must, because this is the way of diagnosis, this kind of art of looking at the lesion, hope this information helps, take care.
