What Causes Bumps In Abdomen And Near Belly Button?

When I poke my abdomen I feel little bumps. Some of them hurt, some of them are just lumpy. I have a lump down below which the doctor said was gristle. Another doctor said he couldn t feel anything but is sending me for an ultrasound. If the lump down below is just gristle, I still want to know what these little bumps are. There are some bumps in the upper and lower abdomen and near my belly button. Im a 23 year old female. A bit overweight. Other syptoms I have are constipation and twinges.

most overweight female tends to develop this collection of fat lobules which we call it as lipoma... nothing to worry its totally benign... another possibility is dat it can be hernia which presents as small lump on exertion but disappear on lying down... its can be painful sometimes... so to differentiate between these two ultrasound abdomen is required... physical examination may be sometime difficult to differentiate as ur obese..
