What Causes Bump On Tongue, Sore Throat And Earache?

I have a small bump on the top of my tongue, near the back. It looked like a pimple and was red and slightly painful and now it turned white and less painful. Its been three days. I also had a mild earache two days ago and my throat is getting a little sore. What could it be?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

As per your complain a pimple like painful bump on tongue can be a canker sore and as it has become less painful and whitish they are the signs of healing and you need not to worry about it as it will heal itself gradually..

If it is still sore doing warm saline gargles and application of a numbing gel containing lignocaine can help..

Sore throat and earache are due to throat infection and it can be either viral or bacterial in nature..
Nothing to worry start taking Azithromycin 500mg once a day for 5 days..
Take Ibuprofen for reducing pain and inflammation..
Do warm saline gargles.
Avoid spicy and hard food.

Hopefully you will feel better in 3 to 4 days..
