I just tried to plug something into a wall outlet that wasn t in the greatest condition(exposed wire)and it sparked and gave me a painful shock that left my arm numb, it seems to be fine now minus some pain, but i see there are now bumps in my veins, i was wondering if this is normal or what i should do, thank you

Electrical sparks may cause localized and sometimes internal burns which may not be evident just after the event. So, in your case, it may be an internal burn along the path of travel of the electricity. Just take pain killers for the pain relief and drink good amount of fluids and water to maintain hydration.
