Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you may be having soft tissue injury your knee.Pain subsided but swelling remains. It is most likely hematoma. It will resolve in due course of time. No need to worry. Thrombophobe gel local application may help. You may take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. You can discuss your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered.
