I am 33 weeks pregnant with my 4 th child. This pregnancy has been totally different from the rest. Today I have felt a constant pressure in my abdomen that increases here and there to the point that i feel like crying and I don't usually use drugs for delivery! u need to be sure u are not getting into labour if the pain is increasing or persistent contact ur doc. being a 4th delivery it can happen quickly once u get into labour so should reach hospital on time if u feel it is similar to ur previous chid birth labour pain
