What Causes Bulge Of Tissues Around Anal Hole?

i have a bulge of tissues which grown around the outer surroundings of my anal hole..also it come out when im pop out the waste through the hole..its does not pain me but often i find itching in the hole..i fear tht it may lead to cancer..so pls help me and explain me about the disease please
