What Causes Bubbly Feeling In Chest While Suffering From Heart Murmur?

I keep feeling a bubbly feeling in my chest (back side on the left at bottom of ribs) and I am very very scared that it is something serious …its been happening for about 3 days once or twice a day but now (today…at this moment) its happening more often (possibly cause I’m thinking about it / stressing about it) I am a 14 year old female who has a heart murmur ….Help?!? There is no pain at all…just the bubbling feeling

Dear .We don't know which murmur you have.their are many types of murmurs . And have different presentation complications and management . We can't answer you about this on this site.the increased feeling of heartbeat may be because of any rhythm disturbance that need to be managed immediately if any.at this time I would like to suggest you only this that you must consult your cardiologist and discuss about this new problem as soon as possible . Hope this will help.
