You have Urinary Tract Infection. Kindly take any antibiotics like Ofloxacin, Norfloxacin or Levofloxacin full course for 5 to 7 days. Dosage based on body weight twice scheduling is preferable.

You have to maintain hygiene of the private parts and wash it regularly. If you are female, then use V wash and Citralka syrup to maintain vaginal pH. If you are male, then kindly wash penis after every urination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

For the past two weeks I’ve been having to urinate almost constantly and whenever I go,it ends up taking me forever because I can’t shake the feeling of having to pee. There has also been blood in my urine, and I’ve had brown vaginal discharge for about a week now. I have also been very disinterested in food and have been very cold.

I HAVE WOKEN up with a sudden urge to have to urinate. I m leaving for a vacation. What should I do? Will it pass or is there something I could try? I don t really have time for a doctor visit. What if it s a urinary track infection? Can the doctor prescribe something on just my word?
