What Causes Bruising With Swelling Around The Ankle Region?

My foot mostly around my ankle is a huge balloon and has a great amount of discoloring. I have already sprained my ankle at the beginning of January. and it never felt like this! I did this by doing high-knees and couldn t go past someone and the whole field was very bumpy and had wholes all in it. my ankle looks like theres a baseball in my ankle.

Hi, I think you should go for a xray of ankle joint to rule out any fracture. Take some anti inflammatory drugs. Also take some muscle relaxant. Keep the part at rest.
