What Causes Bruising On The Inner Arm After A Rotator Cuff Surgery?

I had (right arm) rotator cuff surgery 3 weeks ago and still have bruising from the top of my inner arm to my elbow. It is quite tender at the elbow. Today I noticed swelling in the right breast. I m not sure how long it s been swollen, but it doesn t hurt. What could cause this?

it maybe related to surgery. get checked by surgeon who operated for cuff surgery. can apply warm water phomantation . take tab combiflam twice daily after food.apply crepe bandage. slowly it will subside.
