What Causes Bruised And Painful Arm?

Hi, I have had a bruise with a white ring/knot in the middle, on my right arm, for 1 week now and the bruise seems to be getting bigger and expanding towards my elbow. It does not hurt and I cannot remember hitting it on anything. Also, I woke up this morning with pain in my whole right arm from the fingers to shoulders and is especially tender when I tense up the slightest bit. What could this be?

Bruised and painful arm is mostly due to accidental injury that you had came across. For this you can take some antibiotics after an expert opinion with tab combiflam or tab ibugesic-plus for pain and inflammation along with omez-d or pan-d empty stomach. Don't worry much, you will be fine.
