What Causes Bruise On Lower Area Of Arms?
Yes, my father has these bruise like marks on his lower area of his arms. And says he gets them when he does anything or bumps himself slightly or is even out in the sun. If he rubs it he starts to bleed. He has numbness,burning and tingling. My mother and I cant get him to go to a doctor. Any ideas as to what this might be?
