I just noticed a small area in my inner thigh and private area. it looks like a bruise or a damaged blood vesal. It hurts and is swollen. It has clear fluid and blood . I have never had anything like this before and I just noticed it tonight. Is it something I should be worried about?

It has clear fluid and blood . No need to much worry . It can be some infection specially viral infection . You can get examined by your gynecologist doctor for it.
