Hello dear Greetings
Regarding the possible cause of bruises below the right collar bone following a history of labrum tear around the shoulder I am suggesting it is largely due to severe injury to the muscles and skin possibly from a sharp object or a raucous exercise activities

In view of this please continue your treatment with your orthopaedic specialist

I hope this helps Regards
