What Causes Bruise Around Hip, Abdomen And Buttock?

My daughter has a large area around her hip, abdomen and buttock area that is bruised showing black and blue. What can be the cause. She had crashed into a vault doing gymnastics a few weeks ago and shifted her hips and now her lower back spine area is very sensitive to the touch and this bruising just began the last few days and is spreading.

it may be post traumatic injury. take some rest. apply analgesic ointment andtake combiflam oraly twice after food. it should improve slowly.
