What Causes Brownish Vaginal Discharge During 8 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

Hi I am currently 8 weeks pregnant and I had a scan 2 days ago we seen the baby s heart beat and everything lookeds good. I came down with the flu last night. Aches/fever and coughing and today I noticed a tiny bit of brown discharge when I wiped from the toilet.. I have not got any cramping I just have sore muscles from the flu.... What could be causing the brown discharge and am I more likely to miscarry now?

Hello, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. I think it is might be threatened abortion. You should take tab Sustain 200 bd and tab Folvite 5mg od for better prognosis. Ultrasound scan screening should be done after 2weeks for evaluation. You can contact me later anytime for that or other causes. Thanx.
