Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be erythrasma caused by bacteria corynebacterium minutissimum. The lesion may be asymptomatic brown patch... Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis.

I would suggest...

- antibiotic like doxycycline or azithromycine in proper dose for two weeks
- application of clindamycine or metronidazole gel
- avoid soap bath
- cleanse with diluted dettol
- keep the area dry

I hope this would clear your lesions

Thanks.
