What Causes Brownish Discharge And Perineum Tear After Having Intercourse?

I ve been experiencing a brownish whitish odourless discharge since the last time i had sex two days ago, I think I might have slightly torn or bruised my perineum because that area is sore and after intercourse i noticed there was a little blood when i touched it but nothing major. However I m not experiencing as much discomfort as the day after. Do you think its possible I may have torn my perineum as a result of engaging in rough sexual activity? and what should i do to aid in the healing process and how do i know when its completely healed? How long after it is healed can i engage in sexual activity again?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that due to rough sex there might be having soreness, induration due to having some infection over the part.
Perineum tear is less less likely.
Clean the part with plane water and apply antibiotic cream locally.
If there is more swelling, pain and soreness, go for one oral antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Keep local hygiene clean and dry.
Avoid sex for about one week.
Ok and take care.
