What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge During Pregnancy?

Hi at 19 weeks I was diagnosed with placenta previa thorough a sono due to having to a brown discharge. I Am 20 Weeks and 5 days now and ever since i am still experiencing a brown discharge despite i have been on moderate rest. Is this normal? By this time should the discharge have stooped already?

Hi I think you can be having some amount of bleeding or spotting if you have placenta previa. Take complete bed rest. Consult a gynecologist if bleeding is heavy or pain is there. Bleeding will resolve on its own. You can repeat a scan after 1 to 2 months and at 32 to 34 weeks to see the position of placenta. Hope it helps.
