What Causes Brown Tissues In Menstrual Bleeding And Lower Abdominal Pain?

hi I have had brownish chunky periods for about 3-4 months now for about 3-4 days and on about the 2nd day I have a little bit of red blood and then it fades into a brownish color again. and I just worked for the first time in a long time and have really bad pain in my lower stomach. I am sexually active but my period started doing this before I was. I used to have a very heavy flow for about 5-7 days. please help I m not sure what this is. and by the way I am 16

I think this can be related to a hormone imbalance issue. Also, you should get checked for vaginal infection doing a vaginal smear.
