Hello doctor.

My wife to be is 21yrs old, she was born in France and is of pakistani origin, she has brown spots on her face,about the body I don’t know but on the face she has many. Her maternal grand ma has, her parents don’t have,she has 2 sisters and 1 brother they also don’t have. about 90% they marry in the family, I am not at all from their family. her anties and uncles also don’t have but some of their children have. My wife to be’s 23 yr old female cousin and 20yr old male cousin have the spots.(the 23 and 20 yr old are brother and sisters, they have two young sisters also but the young sisters don’t have spots, the parents also don’t have spots on faces I mean. the rest body I can’t tell)

Is this any sort of a disease? Any Hazard? Can they be removed? And will our children also have?
