What Causes Brown Patches On The Top Of Hand?
Brown patches appeared on the top side of my hand. It started on my right between my thumb and index finger. It has since become darker and is now going also down my index finger. It has also appeared on the top of my thumb and in between thumb and index finger on my left hand.

If this cause itching then this could be due to some allergic condition, and this is not itching then this may be due to some blood disorders, condition need to be differentiated, you can wait for some time if this could comes to normal on its own, if this is not then clinical examination may needed, in case of itching condition can be managed with Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day, hope this information helps, take care.
