What Causes Brown Discoloration In Semen?

I just recently noticed that my semen was like a tannish brown color and there were dark brown little chunks in it. I don't know what it is, but I was sick recently and I'm still getting over what I'm sure is just a sore throat. I felt some weakness and nausea for one day, but the rest feels mild. I was wondering what this semen problem is and if it's related to my recent sickness.
