What Causes Brown Colored Tongue, Sore Throat And Coughing?

I v just noticed today that my tongue is brown. For the last 6 days my throat is realy sore. Hard to swallow. During sleep throat gets dry and i wake up coughing. There s a sensation of pulsating tickle. Weather i need to swallow or not it s very sore. I am a heavy smoker and coffe-holic. Have been smoking quite allot in the last 10 days as i have not been working. Please let me know your insight on this.

Looking into your problem I can clearly say that you are suffering from severe throat infection. For this you have to take one antibiotic preferably tab Uthral 500 mg once daily after meals for 3 days along with some decongestant like tab wikoryl or tab diominic-dca three times daily after meals with tab pan-d or tab rabson-d twice daily empty stomach with syrup ambrodil or syrup bro-zedex 2 tsf three times daily for cough as well as soothing of your throat. Apart from these medicines, you have to do salt water gargles or steam inhalation as it is also very beneficial in case of severe sore throat.
