What Causes Brown Colored Semen And Painful Testicle?

I have been brown semens since April or could be earlier. Left testicle is painful sometimes. Urologist given me 3 weeks antibiotic course which I completed but the semen remains brown. No pain or difficulty erecting or passing urine. But there seems to be white stains on my underwear when I woke up each morning. I notice white liquids in the penis wall but not smelly. What could be the problem ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Brown coloured semen and pain in testis is a sure indication of infection.
What Urologist has prescribed is right.
Even with 3 week course of antibiotics, the infection might not have still subsided. So abstain from sex or masturbation for another 3 weeks.
Drink plenty of fluids. You can also take carnitine, CoQ10, lipoic acid, Vitamin C and E tablets for a month to restore your semen to normal.
White stains and liquids are mainly secretions from prostate gland. It will slowly come down as the infection subsides.
Wish you good health.
