What Causes Brown And Green Stool During Diarrhea?

Ive had diarreah for abou 3 days now and abdominal pains around my pelvis area mainly focused on the far left and right hand sides. It seems like I'm going to the toilet every hour and getting up and walking about, just generally moving iritates it and makes it come on sooner, my stoole also cays colour like it was brown this morning but now it is green and I'm just wondering what could be causing this

I'm 18 years old, 6ft 1 and weigh 85kg and have a good diety and do plenty of exercise.
