What Causes Bright Red Vaginal Bleeding After Having Intercourse?

My daughter is 24 weeks pregnant, has not had any significant problems but began bleeding bright red blood after sex today and has filled up 2 panty liners. She does have a partial covering of her cervix and is scheduled for a 2nd ultrasound the beginning of next month. Thanks.

Hi,

Your symptoms suggest skin infestation with scabies. Local application of lotions / ointments like Ascabiol over the counter.after a through bath with scrubbing of the affected areas all over body (below neck) for 3-5 continuous days. Care must be taken not to mix clothing and linen used these days with all other members of the family. Wash all the clothes thoroughly after last application with soap and sodabicarb. The major lesions should go with these. In case it does not you need systemic medications along with local ones, please consult a dermatologist.
