What Causes Breathlessness In Summer?

I have breathlessness mostly during summers surprisingly instead of winters. what could be causing it. I took montelukast and levocitrizine for a month. Now taking seroflo and duolin. but after more than a month still am suffering through breathlessness. please suggest.

Hi.

Probably asthma cannot be sure yet, which will require a visit to your pulmonologist at the earliest. Although montelukast and levocetrizine should have helped, may be another course of action is required so please speak to your doctor.
