What Causes Breathlessness Followed By Feeling Of Lower Heartrate?

Hello my name is Nicole I m a 19 going to be 20 year old this up coming may 25th. I m 5 5 i think I m around 155pounds at the max. All I was doing was sitting at my kitchen table alone playing around with my phone for the last 30mins. And out of no where I felt like it was getting a little more harder for me to breathe like my heart rate was slower then normal. But when I checked it my heart rate came out to 96 bpm? Can you tell me what this means? Thank you for your time.

It is mostly due to some chest infection for which you can take azithromycin or moxikind-cv along with diominic-dca or wikoryl for chest heaviness. Take syrup ambrodil-s or respital-p for cough. Do warm water gargles and take steam inhalation to reduce the congestion and discomfort of the chest.
